When do my 2 weeks start?

Will I be locked into a contract?
No. It's a one-time $59 purchase. It doesn't auto-renew and there's no contract.
Who can get the intro offer?
It's for first-time Lila Within students, one per person.
I'm not flexible and I've never done yoga. Is this for me?
Yes. Our teachers offer modifications all through class, so you can take what feels good in your body and leave what doesn't. Lots of our students started as complete beginners.
Am I too old or out of shape to start?
No. Every class has options for different bodies and fitness levels, and everyone practices at their own pace.
I'm nervous about the heat.
That's normal. We have non-heated classes too, so you can ease in.
What should I bring?
Mat and towel rentals are free for intro students.
