Welcome To Our First Schedule
🌿 Studio Etiquette at Lila Within 🌿
We want every class to feel like a breath of fresh air — supportive, respectful, and free of distractions. These simple guidelines help us create that experience together:
✨ Arrive with Presence
Please arrive no earlier than 15 minutes before class so your teacher has time to set the space.
The doors shut at the start of class — arriving on time lets everyone settle in together.
✨ Stay for the Journey
Each class is a beginning, middle, and end — including savasana. Out of respect for yourself and others, plan to stay for the full experience.
If something urgent comes up, let your teacher know before class.
✨ Phones & Devices
We encourage you to tuck your phone away in the cubbies and give yourself this hour fully present.
If your phone must stay in the room, please silence it completely.
Recording your own practice is welcome, as long as it’s discreet and doesn’t distract others.
No calls in the studio — step into the lounge or outside if you need to take one.
✨ Shared Space, Shared Care
Wipe down and return props neatly after use so they’re fresh for the next yogi.
Shoes and bags belong in the designated areas outside the practice room.
✨ Fresh Energy
Hot yoga makes us sweat — it’s part of the practice! Please come with a clean body and avoid heavy perfumes, colognes, or strong scents so the room feels fresh and comfortable for all.
